By accessing, registering for, or using Outstand's social media scheduling and publishing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Outstand ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of outstand.one.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Outstand provides a web-based platform and REST API for scheduling, publishing, and managing content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and others ("Supported Platforms"). The Service includes a web dashboard, AI-powered content generation, media library, analytics, and workflow automation integrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@outstand.one if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our pricing is transparent and usage-based. Your monthly bill is determined by the base plan fee plus any additional usage above included limits. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page at outstand.one. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing in effect at the time of sign-up.
Billing occurs monthly based on your actual usage. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for all applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at support@outstand.one within 30 days of the charge.
Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension of your account, late fees, or account termination after 30 days of non-payment.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to:

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and schedule through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, and deliver your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Service integrates with Supported Platforms through their respective APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their individual terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that affect Service functionality. We reserve the right to discontinue support for any platform at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUTSTAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outstand and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@outstand.one or via your account settings. Upon termination, all outstanding charges become immediately due and your access to the Service will cease.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to policy violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Outstand is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@outstand.one to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outstand regarding the Service. We may update these Terms at any time with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
